overwhelmed & underpaid

*

once again i find myself overwhelmed by all of life's goings-on. i thought that i'd be able to catch up once the holidays were behind me, but it seems i was drinking heavily wrong. an example? do you spy santa's hat in the above photo? are you thinking wow kat, couldn't you get it together enough to post a recent picture? don't you love us even a little bit? to answer your queries: yes & yes. i took that photo just a few days ago. that would be the day before i put away the holiday decor. pathetisad.

i tell you this in hopes that you'll forgive my abandoning you. i want to tell you that i'll have my head on straight before the week is out, & back to regular blogging. i also want money to grow in place of the forest of weeds that has overtaken my farm. the sad truth is that i doubt either is going to happen. instead i'll promise to post again as soon as i am able.

so as not to spend the entire post bemoaning my frazzled state, i shall leave you with this:

enjoy!
~peace.

That video is beyond precious...what a wonderful imagination!...and don't worry many of us are frazzled and moving slowly this time of year...we need sun!

yes, I feel frazzled too. I find a great way to get things done is to set the kitchen timer for 15 minutes, then run around cleaning. It is amazing how much you can get done in that time, then you get a reward after.

Merci Beaucoup! for helping us brush up on our French! Don't worry you are not alone. I just put away my Advent's wreathe and made hubby mad by leaving it on his workbench...

Don't worry, be happy. Who's time schedule are you on anyway? Now I'm off to acquire a French speaking 4 year old.
